2015 Transgender Guidance document

In the interests of heading off problems before they happen I wondered if you could advise your colleagues to take down links to the old, 2015 Transgender Guidance document, please. We are ‘pending’ a new, updated version, but in the absence of the DFE guidance promised in ‘summer 2023’ we are reluctant to issue anything just yet.

I note that a few schools – I have not conducted an exhaustive check – still have the document, or even the 2012 iteration – on their websites. New guidance will be put together soon and disseminated.
